The Savannah College of Art & Design (SCAD) new dormitory construction is progressing nicely! The south tower is erected and the north tower is in progress. The dormitory will feature 592 student beds, a coffee bar, and a rooftop lounge with city views and is located between Peachtree Street and Atlantic Station.
